Kojima opened his episode on books with an amendment to his own legend: he acknowledged that he is known as being made up of 70% movies, but said he believes he is 70% books. He noted that if you add 70 plus 70 you get 140, which does not make sense, so he left it a tie — although he specified that books have taught him more than movies. As a child he used to read about a book and a half a day.
